Dr. Catherine DeGood graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in family and social medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx.  Her interest in working with people with substance use disorders led her to practice addiction medicine after residency.  She is board certified in Family and Addiction Medicine.  Her special areas of interest are the biopsychosocial approach to chronic pain, mental health and addiction treatment..

Michelle Crandall, APRN

Michelle Crandall is a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse and Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 20 years of experience in treating adults with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders. I specialize in supporting individuals through the complexities of substance use, alongside challenges such as anxiety, depression, and complex PTSD. My approach combines psychopharmacologic treatments with evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices. I also provide medication management for opioid use disorder when appropriate. Emphasizing a holistic and spiritually integrative approach, I aim to guide individuals toward healing and lasting recovery.

Nancy Moye, APRN

Nancy Moye has been a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) since 2011. She attended the University of Maryland, School of Nursing in Baltimore for her Master of Science in Nursing and FNP Post-Master’s Certification. She also has a Master’s degree in Demography/Population Studies from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She had a background in public health prior to her training in Nursing and worked at the National Institutes of Health, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the Veterans Administration. She has been with CODAC since 2023. She provides primary care services as well as mental health services here at CODAC. Ms. Moye is currently in her final semester of a Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate program at the University of Rhode Island. Once she passes the PMHNP boards in 2025, she will be dually licensed in family practice and psychiatry.
