Mission:

To provide the highest standard of behavioral health services in a recovery-oriented system of care.

Vision:

Provide statewide, person-centered, effective, efficient, and comprehensive care for individuals with substance use disorder and other mental health challenges. Continue with a focus on personal dignity and empowerment. The pillars of our strategic plan are access, quality, and sustainability.

Values:
