they meet basic criteria. CODAC asks that all who are eligible and interested should register at a CODAC
location or with a counselor. Registration Deadline is May, 19th at 12am!

CODAC is working fervently to improve access to treatment and care for its patients. To support this
effort, it is paramount to ensure the safety and protection of both our patients and staff. As CODAC
continues to reinforce COVID-19 guidelines shared by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention
(CDC) and Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH), CODAC also wants to encourage vaccination for
all who are ready, willing, and able. As we collaborate with RIDOH on vaccinations, we hope to continue
the push towards ending COVID-19.

Thank you to Governor Daniel J. McKee, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Anthony Silva, and the Rhode
Island Department of Health for making this possible. “We are especially grateful for the understanding
that access issues can be a significant barrier for our patients to obtain optimum health care. This
includes the remarkably important process of obtaining preventative vaccines. So again, Thank you to all
who made this possible and to our patients who are taking advantage of this opportunity and helping us
all end COVID” said Linda Hurley, President & CEO of CODAC Behavioral Healthcare.

If you are a CODAC patient or staff and interested in receiving the vaccination, please register at one of our
CODAC locations or call us at (401)490-0716.
